Measuring the height and width of the area you would like the balloon garland to go is your best bet. A popular balloon garland size is 14'. When creating a garland this size, we’ll typically use between 8-10' to make the height of the garland and the other 4-6' is used to fill the garland out. More information on balloon garland sizing coming soon.

INDOORS:
The great indoors is where balloons love to live. Here they can last several weeks.
OUTDOORS:
Extreme heat/cold or rain is hard on balloons. In these conditions, expect your balloons to last no more than 1-3 days. If your balloons are in direct sunlight, expect them to last just for the day, with a strong chance of popping because of intense heat.
HELIUM:
Helium-filled latex balloons typically last 6-12 hours, while helium-filled foil balloons can last from 5 days to several weeks.
-
The vast majority of our balloons are filled with air. The only balloons we fill with helium are those in our floating bouquets or other floating designs.
-
We prefer not to install outdoors if rain or strong winds are imminent. We can typically find an alternative location indoors or in a covered space if needed. Having a weather plan is strongly encouraged.
-
We install at least 2 hours before the event starts. For indoor installations, we are available to install even earlier – up to one day in advance – if you would like to check that off your to-do list early.
-
Yes, when our schedule allows, we are willing to take on events with at least 3 days notice. There is a $25 fee for rush orders.
-
Events should be booked as early as possible, as event setup dates and times are on booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
-
To reserve your event date, submit an inquiry form here. Once we confirm your event date and iron out a framework for your job and budget, we will send you a work-for-hire agreement. You will need to sign this agreement and submit it, along with a non-refundable 50% retainer fee, to secure your event date and time.
-
The customer must notify us of cancellation at least 5 days before the event. At that time, the customer will have the option of applying all funds paid toward a future event, or receiving a refund of half of all funds paid (the first half of all funds paid is non-refundable). If the cancellation is made fewer than 5 days before the event, a 15% late notice fee will be subtracted from your balance, with the remainder credited toward a future event or refunded to the customer.
